Marin County Real Estate - Top Agent Bus Tour

The Friday March 14 bus tour was much busier than it has been for five months now. We toured 11 properties and discussed another ten that will be coming on the market soon. Of the homes we toured; there was one Mill Valley home on Shoreline, a San Rafael (94901) nicely done duplex, a East San Rafael Seastrand home, a second East San Rafael home in the Loch Lomond neighborhood, a third East San Rafael home in the Montecito neighborhood, a charming Ross home, a Tiburon cosmetic fixer with Richardson Bay views, and a very large Kentfield cosmetic fixer with full Mount Tam views, to name most. 

Of those homes being prepped for market but not yet even ready for the bus tour there are; four East San Rafael homes, a San Anselmo home, two Fairfax properties, a Larkspur home, a Sausalito condo, a Mill Valley condo, a Mill Valley Sycamore Park home, and two Novato homes
