Zillow has indicated themselves, that they will no longer display all listings on their site. It is more important than ever, that you are working with a local connected agent or broker. 

When searching for a connected agent in Marin. We would suggest working with an agent or broker at one of the larger brokerages, so you have access to their in house listings that are not on the open web. We would also encourage confirming they are part of a number of Marin County's real estate networking groups, as well as Marin County's Top Agent Network and Marin Platinum Group so you have more chances of finding your dream home!
